About Us

KC Auto was founded by John Kitchin and John Cardenas, both former Aviation Ordnancemen in the United States Marine Corps.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Kitchin continued his passion for working on vehicles by attending the NASCAR Technical Institute in North Carolina, where he focused on automotive service and maintenance.

Cardenas moved into the construction industry and became a project manager for commercial building projects, developing strong organizational and customer service skills.

Together they created KC Auto to provide a simple, convenient solution for routine vehicle maintenance. Their goal is to make oil changes easier by bringing the service directly to your home, apartment, or workplace, so you don’t have to spend time waiting at a shop.
